Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-06-24

This English version is provided for convenience only. The Korean version of these Terms of Service is the official and governing text; in case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the internal RAG platform provided by Flux (the "Service"), operated by POSTMEDIA Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Service.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the matters necessary for users to use all services provided by the Service, including document management, the RAG chatbot, and the agent builder.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "User" means a member who uses the Service under these Terms.
  • "Organization" means the multi-tenancy unit that owns and manages users, documents, and agents within the Service.
  • "Content" means all data that a user uploads or creates, including documents, conversations, and agent configurations.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect upon being posted within the Service. The Service may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable law, and upon amendment will give notice — stating the effective date and the reasons — at least 7 days in advance (30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users).

Article 4 (Formation of the Service Agreement)

A service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms, applies for membership, and the Service accepts the application. The Service may confirm registration through email verification.

Article 5 (Provision and Modification of the Service)

The Service provides the following features.

  • Document upload, parsing, management, and search (RAG)
  • AI chatbot conversations and the visual agent builder
  • Knowledge-graph extraction and exploration
  • Management of organizations, members, and usage

The Service may modify what it provides as required for operational or technical reasons, and will give advance notice of such changes. Free or experimental features may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

Article 5-2 (Demo (Trial) Mode)

  • The Service may provide a demo (trial) environment so that users can try its features without signing up or paying.
  • All data created or uploaded in the demo environment is automatically and permanently deleted, without prior notice, once 90 days have elapsed from its creation, and cannot be recovered.
  • Demo features are provided "as-is" for evaluation purposes, without any warranty as to accuracy, availability, or continuity, and the Service may change or discontinue demo features without prior notice.
  • In the demo environment, certain features and usage may be restricted, including changes to organization/account settings, registration of external API keys, publishing or embedding agents, and quotas (such as tokens).

Article 6 (Obligations of the User)

  • Not to misappropriate another person’s information or register false information
  • Not to upload or create content that violates the law or public order and morals
  • Not to engage in acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service (excessive automated requests, unauthorized access, etc.)
  • When using external AI providers, to comply with that provider’s terms and data-processing policies
  • To securely manage authentication credentials such as accounts and API keys

Article 7 (Rights to and Responsibility for Content)

Rights to content uploaded or created by a user or organization belong to that user/organization. The Service processes content only to the extent necessary to provide its features, and responsibility for the legality and accuracy of content rests with the user. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, and the user is responsible for verifying them.

Article 8 (Restriction and Termination of Service Use)

If a user violates these Terms or interferes with the operation of the Service, the Service may restrict use or terminate the agreement after prior notice (or after-the-fact notice in urgent cases). A user may terminate the service agreement at any time by withdrawing membership in the settings.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

The Service is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, such as natural disasters or failures of external providers (LLM/infrastructure). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and service availability is governed by a separate SLO policy.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to use of the Service shall be subject to the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act as the court of first instance. Inquiries: master@onflux.ai
